A 0.4 Pound Loss

A loss is a loss, of course, of course. Particularly with the insanity of this past week, I'm glad to see that the scale is still moving down, but it's still not back to the number I saw 2 weeks ago, so here's to a HUGE loss this week. It's weird, I'm not hungry for anything today. Everything I start to eat, I just toss aside. Ahhh, if only it could be this easy every day.

It's rainy here, I've had a lovely pre-work nap, but didn't allow enough time to get to the gym. I didn't think it was going to rain and was surprised to see that when I woke up. I wanted to do my C25K training outside today, but alas, it's not in the cards. Hopefully work is fun tonight. I'm bringing my meal planner book, and will probably hit the grocery store in the morning after work to pick up just enough to last me until the work week is over and then I'll plan better stuff for the rest of the week. I want to make this awesome looking Rachael Ray recipe for Buffalo Chicken Stromboli, that I modified a little and put into the WW Recipe Builder. Raechel says it's 4 servings, but the thing was HUGE on TV, so I'm thinking that if it could be 8 servings instead, it would come in at about 6 points. Pair that with a veggie or two and we're cookin'! I meant to make it while at D's, but he was sick with a stomach virus and it just never sounded good to him (can't blame him).

Anyway, it's off to work soon. Wishing everyone a great week!

You are completely right, a loss is a loss and there are weeks where 0.4 might as well be 4 pounds, it feels that good. Congratulations, every single ounce counts... Enjoy the grocery store and I hope your receipe turns out as good as you envisioned it. Have a great week :)
