Down 1.4 Pounds.
Not the giant loss I was hoping for, but I'll keep plugging along. No sense in getting discouraged. I'm going to try to eat less of my flex points this week. I don't have any events that might expose me to un-WW-friendly foods, so maybe that will score me the BIG loss I'm looking for. I'm just happy to have a loss for 2 weeks in a row! After months of wanting to lose weight without actually doing anything, I think I've finally had another "a-ha moment".
Today's food plan:
B: Eggbeater and Cheese on Toast w/ Light Mayo (5)
Grapes (1)
L: Leftover Kashi Five Cheese and Tomato Pizza (8, I think.)
D: I'm thinking potato soup and maybe some roasted pork tenderloin and some steamed broccoli. (10)
Off to make breakfast, head to gym, library, back to house to clean, and then to grocery store later tonight. I'm all about the me-time today!
