Houston, I've targeted another problem area...

...and that would be eating too much on the weekends. My BF lalalaloves to drink beer and watch movies and/or play video games. HE can do that without attacking all the food in the kitchen. Me? Two beers in, and I'm devouring everything in sight. Even though I got a pretty great workout yesterday, I don't think a 55 point day really does anything in terms of reshaping my body. Ah well, let it go, let it go...

That's what flex points are for, right? And I still several left, so I will be fine. I slept in this morning, and I started my day with the most delicious, and wonderfully Fall-tasting vanilla coffee spiked with a tbsp of pumpkin pie spice creamer. 1 point, and totally hits the spot.

I have a huge to do list today:

1) FINALLY make that damned Mock Guac I've been talking about all week. I don't even know why I haven't made it yet. Yesterday I guess it was out of pure laziness, but I'm doing it as soon as I sign off here, so it can marinate and taste awesome come dinnertime. Then, I have to come up with some other meat or something to go with that...

2) Finish paying bills online. I have 2-3 that I haven't sent yet for the month and true to form, I kind of ignore them until the last minute.

3) Laundry and straighten up. I really hope this isn't a sign of what is to come for when BF and I move in together next year. My house wasn't exactly spotless before he got here, but it was at least a little tidy. Now it looks like a messy dorm room. Beer bottles that need to go out to the recycle bin, Xbox components everywhere, shoes, clothes, etc. And then I have some shopping bags in the mix too. Need to get all that crap out of sight for a while before I go crazy!

4) Walk the doggie. He loves walks, and if I get him out in the woods, I don't have to scoop the poop. Hah! Ulterior motives.

5) Get a short run in. Try the new shoes.

Okay, gotta get moving! Today WILL be better!
