Say that three times, fast! Ha!
Some of this mini meal thing continues to be trial and error, but that is okay. I am here to learn. I took some tips from my friend Melissa, who generally tries to eat 5-6 times per day and has maintained a healthy weight for several years now by using this method. I definitely feel like it's harder to follow this plan on busy weekends, but on "regular" days, it's fairly easy.
Today's Menu:
0915: Pria Bar (2)
*I had an appointment with my personal trainer at 1000. Normally, I'd try to eat an hour before, but I slept in. I'd also normally try to eat something more substantial, but it was too late for that!

Today was a great session at the gym. I did the following:
5 minute walking warm-up on the treadmill at 3.6-3.7 on a 1.0 incline
30 minute session with trainer focusing on biceps and back today
2 minute walk at 3.7
28 minute jog at 4.5
5 minute cool-d0wn
I feel great! Now onto figure out what to eat tonight at work!
